Library

Library provides a house of relevant books, reports, magazines, newspapers, news-letters, pharmacopoeias etc.

It has a well maintained collection of almost 2400 titles and 24000 pharmacy books. The institute has subscription to around 30 national and international journals with e-journal subscription of DELNET.

It has a reading hall with capacity of around 100 students.

 

Herbal Garden

The institute has a well maintained herbal garden with several species of medicinal plants.

 

Conference Room

The conference room is well equipped with public address system; facilitate course delivery through use of audio-visual inputs from slide presentation to video clips and video lessons. It has a seating capacity of about 100 people for conducting seminars, workshops, conferences and guest lectures.

 

Hostel facility

The Institute has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel is well guarded by the institute’s own security. The seats are on first come first serve basis. The mess is run on co-operative basis by the mess committee of resident students and adheres to the strict standards of hygiene.

 

Cafeteria

A spacious and well-furnished canteen is available in the campus for the benefit of the students. A contractor run canteen on campus offers lunch, snacks, tea, coffee & cold drinks at reasonable prices on all working days. It also provides them with some moments of relief within the frame work of their day long hectic schedules.

 

Internet Facility

The institute has one Air Conditioned computer lab with latest hardware and software utilities. The lab has printer which comprise of Laser Inkjet & Dot Matrix Printers.

Sports Centre

The college is having excellent indoor sports facility and ground for outdoor sports. Every year annual sports meet is organized. Students participate in various indoor & outdoor games regularly.

 

Animal House

The college has a CPCSEA recognized animal house facility. The animals are housed strictly as per CPCSEA guidelines. Institutional Animal Ethics Committee, comprising of eminent scientist, veterinarians along with nominated members of CPCSEA is in place.
